♣ - General terms - ♣

➤ Please write in a clear and nice manner.➤ Provide neat references.➤ Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission/request will be canceled if it occurs.➤ Follow the rules provided in the commission/request journal➤ If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission/request.➤ Do not harass me if I decline your commission/request.➤ DO NOT sell my artwork.

♣ - PAYMENT - ♣

➤ At the moment, I do not have any payment methods right now since I am taking requests.. I will be updating this once I start commissons!

♣ - PROGRESS - ♣

➤ I will be sending WIPs if the commissioner wants me to.➤ If you want to make any changes to your order PLEASE notify me! I will not be able to change the artwork once it's almost finished or already finished. (Unless it's a vtuber model)➤ Your commission/request could take a few weeks to a month or 2 due to the artist having a strict and tight schedule.➤ I will be notifying you if the commission is going to take along time.

♣ - CUSTOMER SATISFACTION - ♣

➤Like stated above.. If you want to make any changes to your order PLEASE notify me! I will not be able to change the artwork once it's almost finished or already finished.➤ Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

♣ - COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY - ♣

♣ I, the artist and rigger, hold every right to the produced drawing/rig, not the commissioner. ♣♣ - Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; - ** ♣Promote myself within any place or site.➤ To display it anywhere to my liking.➤ Post it wherever I want.♣ - THE COMMISSIONER IS ALLOWED TO; - ♣➤ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.➤ Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.➤ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. **♣! - If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted. - ! ♣♣ - The following is considered Copyright infringement: - ♣➤ Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.➤ Removing any watermarks/signatures.➤ Altering the artwork without my consent.

♣ - CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY (FOR FUTURE COMMISSIONS) - ♣

➤ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission/request at any time.➤ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.➤ If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

♣ - LIVE2D - ♣

➤ I will only take models with less than 100MB! I have a potato laptop and the model will not load into Live2d if it's a very large file. This will most likely change once I get a better laptop!➤ I will only take finished models!➤ If you are a previous client, you have a higher chance of me rigging another commission from you.➤ There will be no limit to how many responses can be submitted but once I choose to close the form, I will only select 3-5 people!➤ Do not harass me if I do not choose to rig your model!➤ If you are looking to tip me, I suggest either tipping me with nitro or robux! This will change once I get a credit card. (For nitro, only 1 client may tip me with nitro! And tipping is not required!)➤ I have a life outside rigging, so I genuinely apologize if I will take quite some time to rig your model. If you're looking to commission me, please be patient.➤ I will not rig NSFW models!➤ I am learning Live2d rigger and am currently still learning Live2d. Please do not harass me if the rigging isn't as good as you expected.➤ Sadly, I cannot do the Vbridger Mouth Rigging yet. I will still be learning how to do so.➤ I cannot do very complex rigging and animations.➤ This time, I will be pickier with the models.➤ This rigging until now is still FREE! All I need is credit as your model rigger!➤ If there are any major difficulties either in or outside Live2d, or if the client is disrespectful, I most likely cancel the order.➤ Those on my waitlist, please submit a response and I will decide whether I choose to rig your model or not.
